What is MoonlaInk?
MoonlaInk is an online shop offering unique, custom-designed products. Our items are made-to-order and fulfilled through a POD system, ensuring high-quality printing and timely delivery.
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your favorite items, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the production time for your item. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all products are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not supported. However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery for assistance.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we may offer a free reprint or a refund. Please email us at info@moonlaink.com within 10 days of product delivery with the following information:
Your order number
Photos of the item showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now but hopefully soon! Sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and other secure payment options available at checkout.
What should I do if my package is lost or returned to sender?
If your package appears lost, please email us at info@moonlaink.com with your order number. We’ll contact the shipping provider to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
If the package is returned to sender or lost due to an invalid address provided by the customer, a refund of the order production costs only will be issued.
